A few days ago I made a post about famous actors who got their early break in film by appearing in horror movies.  I now present to you a group of very lovely actresses who also got their first break in the world of horror.  Enjoy.

  1. Nice post! Definitely love the Children of the Corn series and 4 and 5 were two of the best ones. I also love the TCM : Next Generation, even though most people hate it. You’re right, it was really underrated 🙂

    • I never realized it either up until a few years ago. So many get their start in horror and we don’t realize it. For all we know the next Tom Hanks could’ve got his first big break in Shark Night 3D.

  2. I got a couple more for you, Jamie Lee Curtis, definitely, and how about, Jessica Biel & Adrienne Barbeau, (don’t know if they count because they were on TV first) … I know there’s more, brain ain’t working right now.

    • I didn’t put Jamie Lee because that’s the most obvious one. I wanted to put a list of people together where you said to yourself “she was in a horror movie”? Thanks for the suggestions though. And props for mentioning my favorite 80s scream queen, Adrienne Barbeau.
